Kettil'stoun Crescent, Linlithgow

The public rooms of Kettil’stoun Crescent followed the traditional formula of house-builder planning with a reasonably sized living room but small, cellular kitchen and dining rooms with access to the back garden via an even smaller utility room.  A single storey, side extension provided a new kitchen with the old kitchen becoming the dining area of a more open plan family space.  A large, glassy bay links the new spaces to the garden and provides a daytime rest space without leaving the kitchen.
